All parents/guardians must monitor their children at all times. We are not a daycare. We will do our best to help keep an eye on kids while they play. Our staff is there to make sure children are following the rules but it is up to the parents/guardians to enforce our rules and ensure children are having fun in a safe manner.
- No flips, climbing on walls, hanging, climbing up slides (use entrances and exits)
- Do NOT slide down head first or jump off of slides
- Slide one at a time
- Exit promptly so next person can slide
- No running, pushing or shoving (NO PLAYING TAG)
- No rough play or wrestling
- Take off jewelry and empty pockets (including parents if assisting)
- No food, gum, or drinks allowed inside bounce houses
- SOCKS MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES
- No shoes in bounce houses
- Only children 10 years old and under allowed to play in bounce houses
- Adults are permitted on bounce houses only while assisting smaller children (no bouncing though)
- ALWAYS OBEY STAFF!!! They can ask parents and children to leave if not following rules
If there are any problems, please notify staff immediately.
Yes, we take pride in ensuring our entire facility is clean. Our bounce houses are cleaned and vacuumed daily. They are regularly treated with an EPA registered hospital disinfectant electrostatic treatment using a micro-misting devise that kills 99.9% of fungi, bacteria, and viruses using a safe, non-toxic solution.
Only kids 10 years old and under are permitted to play on bounce houses. We have a toddler bounce house for children 3 years old and under to play on but they are also welcome to play on other bounce house at discretion of parents/guardians. For the safety of of your kids, we do not allow anyone over 10 years old to play on bounce houses.
For the safety of all children, we do not allow adults to play on bounce houses. You are welcome to assist a child 3 years old and under on bounce houses but you may not bounce around.
Yes, we have open bounce available during our regular hours of operation.
Your kids can stay and play as long as they would like during our normal hours of operation. Once you leave Intents Inflatables Indoor Fun Center, there is no re-entry unless you pay admission again.
For insurance purposes, every guest who comes to our facility, must complete and sign a waiver listing any and all children who will be playing on bounce houses.
In the interest of safety, any child wearing a cast or other motion-limiting devise (ex: splint, sling, or brace) will not be permitted to use the bounce house. While we welcome them to attend a party or visit with family and will not charge for their attendance, they will be prohibited from playing on the bounce houses.

Our loyalty program gives you a star for each purchased admission and once you receive 10 stars, you will be given a code that is good for one free admission. There is no cost for joining, and all we need is phone number and first name.
Yes, all kids must wear socks at all times. If your kids do not have socks, we have them available for purchase at the front desk.
We only have concession snacks and drinks at this time.
Since we don’t have a kitchen at this time, we do allow you to purchase food from a licensed vendor and have it delivered to Intents Inflatables Indoor Fun Center, local pizza places, sandwich shops, etc.
No, cake, cupcakes, presents are only allowed in the party room when you book a party.
Yes, we do offer group rates for daycares, organizations, moms groups play dates, home schooling gatherings, camps, school groups, and other large parties. Please contact us to discuss the options available.
For your convenience, we accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover card, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Sorry, we do not accept checks.
Vaping and smoking are not allowed inside our facility. Alcohol is prohibited as well.

Yes, we require a $50 non refundable deposit to book the party. That $50 will be applied to the price of the party and the remaining balance will be due at the end of the party, once we know how many children came to the party.
No, deposits are not refundable. The deposit you put down reserves your specific time. If you need to reschedule a party, we can apply that deposit towards that party as long as you do so 14 days prior to the party. Any cancelation done with less than 14 days before the party would result in loss of the deposit.
No worries, you will only be charged for the ones that do come. You will be charged for the next smallest package and we will add the additional children to that (ex: if you chose 16 kid package but only 14 show up, you will be charged 8 kid package plus an additional $9.50 for each of the 6 kids). If less than 8 kids show up, you will be charged a room rental fee of $70-$100 depending on the day plus additional entry fee for each child of $9.50. If more kids come than you would be charged the additional $9.50 for each child until you reach the next package price.
That depends. With enough notice, we can make changes but once it is delivered, which can be 3-4 days in advance, there are no refunds, but you are welcome to take any extras home and enjoy after the party. If you have extras, you can also offer some to the parents of the children attending the party if you don’t have room at home.
